Hotel authorities reserve the right to provide rooms based on availability. Special room requests (top floor, corner room, twin/double room, etc.) must be communicated directly to the hotel reception. Pigeon Holidays is not responsible if the hotel is unable to fulfill such requests.
Flight Schedule
Pigeon Holidays will not be responsible for issues caused by airlines such as flight delays, cancellations, or lost baggage.
If airlines change the departure schedule due to natural or operational issues, hotel bookings will remain non-refundable.
If airlines change the return schedule, extra hotel accommodation charges will apply.
