Terms & Conditions – Pigeon Holidays
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings and services provided by Pigeon Holidays. By booking any service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
- A minimum deposit of 80% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- The remaining 20% balance must be paid at least 7 days before departure.
- Bookings made less than 10 days before departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Failure to pay within the timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
2. Prices & Inclusions
- All package prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, airline/hotel adjustments, or government regulations.
- Inclusions are as per the package details. Any additional services requested will incur extra charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where specified by airlines, hotels, or service providers.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting service charges, cancellation fees, and third-party costs.
- Flight tickets follow the airline’s cancellation and refund policy.
- No refund will be given for unused services (meals, tours, accommodations, etc.).
4. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Travelers must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and obtain all necessary visas, health certificates, and other required documents.
- Pigeon Holidays will assist with visa processing but holds no responsibility for visa denial, delays, or rejection by the authorities.
- Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with entry requirements, vaccination rules, and travel restrictions.
5. Health, Safety & Insurance
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel.
- Pigeon Holidays strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage loss.
- Pigeon Holidays will not be liable for illness, injury, accident, or loss of personal belongings during travel.
6. Changes & Modifications
- Pigeon Holidays reserves the right to change hotels, flights, or itineraries due to operational reasons, availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
- In case of any changes, we will provide an equivalent alternative of the same or higher standard whenever possible.
- Additional charges may apply if travelers request changes after booking confirmation.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Pigeon Holidays acts only as a travel organizer and does not own or control airlines, hotels, or transportation companies.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, strikes, natural disasters, accidents, political unrest, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
- Compensation, if any, will be as per the policy of the concerned service provider (airline, hotel, etc.).
8. Behavior & Conduct
- Travelers are expected to maintain proper behavior and respect the laws, culture, and customs of the host country.
- Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
10. Acceptance
By confirming a booking with Pigeon Holidays, the traveler agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
